Born and raised in Thailand, Reeya moved to England in to join her parents. She went on to study Business and Psychology, a distinctive combination that fuelled her interest in human behaviour while developing the leadership, emotional intelligence and commercial awareness that continue to shape her approach today.

Her professional journey has been diverse, yet consistently centred around people. From coordinating events at a world-class performing arts venue to supporting young people as a Behaviour Support Mentor, Reeya has built her career on empathy, patience and an instinctive understanding of those around her. Her experience within the luxury retail sector further refined her meticulous attention to detail and deepened her appreciation of exceptional service and the finer nuances of the customer experience.

In 2018, Reeya discovered her place within dentistry and has since become an integral part of Dentistree Horley, where she now serves as Practice Manager. Passionate about both patient experience and team wellbeing, she is committed to cultivating an environment that feels calm, welcoming and reassuring – one in which patients feel genuinely cared for and colleagues feel valued, supported and empowered to thrive.

Much of Reeya’s influence happens quietly behind the scenes. She is the steady presence who ensures that the many moving parts of the practice come together seamlessly, approaching every responsibility with thoughtfulness, reliability and an unwavering sense of duty. Whether supporting a patient, helping a colleague or simply stepping in where she is needed, she is never concerned with whether a task is significant or seemingly small, if it makes a difference to someone, it matters to her.

Humble by nature and compassionate at heart, Reeya leads through authenticity rather than recognition. Her calm presence, quiet strength and natural ability to bring people together have made her an invaluable part of the Dentistree family. Away from the practice, she enjoys travelling, discovering good food and spending time around family and friends – simple pleasures that reflect the grounded and gentle nature she brings to those around her.

For those who know her, Reeya is far more than the person who keeps the practice running. She is a reassuring constant, a trusted colleague and a source of quiet strength – the backbone of Dentistree Horley and, in many ways, its steady heartbeat. Her dedication may not always seek the spotlight, but it is felt throughout the practice, in the experience of every patient and in the people she supports each day.
