I was ...”extremely upset and from the minute I made the phone call for an emergency appointment, the Dentist made me feel at ease and told me how to take care of my tooth whilst waiting for the appointment. He was really kind, caring and understanding. He put my mind at rest and assured me he would do what he can to fix my tooth. Both the dentist and assistant spoke to me through everything that was going on and reassured me every step of the way during the treatment. After an hour, my tooth was fixed and it looked better than before; a professional job very well done. The attention to detail and customer care were outstanding and I want to say a big Thank you for all you have done.
