First time using this dentist and it started with an emergency appointment last week for a cracked tooth with a follow up appointment today for a filling (possible root canal) Saw Ruple Amim on both occasions who is notbing short of a miracle worker. She was able to save the tooth with a filling. She showed great care, attention, kept me informed during the whole procedure. The customer care, service and professionalism displayed by her along with the rest of staff really put me at ease. The reception staff were really helpful and welcoming during both occasions.I cannot recommend them enough! I would rate more than 5 stars if possible. Thank you to all the staff

This dental clinic is the best I have been to by far, everyone so nice and welcoming. Lovely happy receptionists and Paras the dentist is the nicest dentist I have ever met. a definate recommendation for anyone scared of the dentist. she makes you feel totally at ease, she explains everything so clearly and lets you make your own decisions about whether or not to have the work done rather than telling you that you need it. very impressed with this place.

We are travelling in the UK, when I started to feel that all was not well with a tooth that had been treated years ago. I phoned three dental surgeries in Horley; on the third try, I was successful in obtaining an emergency appointment within an hour of telephoning. The dentist listened very attentively to my description, examined the area and took X-rays. In less then an hour I was on my way with antibiotics so we could finish our trip. All this cost GBP 81. Extraordinarily good value for money!

I had a lot of pain with my wisdom tooth and needed it removed asap. I called them at 1pm and by 2:30pm it was removed. Procedure was painless as I had numbing injections and days later the pain from said procedure is gone and the pain I was feeling with the wisdom tooth went as soon as the first injection. I would certainly recommend to anyone who is after an emergency appointment as they have allocated slots on each day to accommodate such patients. Many thanks to you all, Mike

I have been at this Dentist a number of years as a NHS patient and in recent years as a private patient due to the changes in operating the practice.I have always found the reception staff very helpful and understanding and the various Dentists I have seen have always advised me thoroughly of my ongoing treatment including when I had to have root canal treatment.The hygienist is very gentle and puts you at ease .I had X-rays taken 2 years ago and today while having a check up the dentist did more X-rays to keep on top of any major changes. Which is good to help maintain my dental care.All other staff I have met have been respectful and friendly especially the dental nurses.

Exceptional.. our experience at Dentistree was and always is an absolute pleasure from the reception staff to Rajan.Rajan, is so gentle and kind and excellent at his job, in making you feel calm. Dr Paras and Charlie were an amazing team dealing with my emergency appointment. Throughout the process they made me feel calm . My partner had a dental emergency today and after many sleepless nights and 3 previous appointments to be given antibiotics and sent on our way we called dentistree and I am so pleased we did within a hour we had a emergency appointment after examination the dentist we saw was confident enough to extract he's wisdom tooth. I can’t praise the team high enough. They are fantastic with patients like me who are nervous and outstanding with my 87 year old mother who needed extra care. Each dentist (multiple because of urgent appointments) we saw took time to read her medical notes and make sure the advice was appropriate to her. I really cannot praise them high enough. My favourite dentist place. The receptionists always welcome you with big smile on, always trying to help with appointments to make sure it doesn’t disturb your day too much (during work). Doctor Darshak is an amazing dentist and always tries to help and find solutions for any of your problems if you have any. The hygienist Sara is fantastic and does a brilliant job! I have been going to see Rupal and the staff there for years now. Rupal is the most kindest, nicest, gentle dentist and Hooman I've ever met. I've never been afraid of her hurting me and she never has. Her girls that work with her are always so kind too. The reception girls can't do enough for you. I can honestly say this is the Best Dentist Ever 💯

The patient care at Dentistree is absolutely excellent. The administration staff are caring and efficient. My dentist offers thorough advice and care. I never feel like I am being pushed into a one choice option but rather that I am offered a variety of solutions.On this occasion I had cracked my tooth, an appointment was found quickly and at a suitable time for me. Repair was fast, efficient and pain free!

Booked an appointment as an emergency nhs. Receptionist was lovely and friendly and got me booked in within the hour. Dentist and other staff were lovely and friendly and put me at ease. Ended up registering to go back as a patient.

Excellent service I received after requiring attention for a broken tooth. Appointment quickly arranged and necessary extraction carried out on the same day. Good customer service and and good attention to virus protection. Really pleased with the service.
