I had a lot of pain with my wisdom tooth and needed it removed asap. I called them at 1pm and by 2:30pm it was removed. Procedure was painless as I had numbing injections and days later the pain from said procedure is gone and the pain I was feeling with the wisdom tooth went as soon as the first injection. I would certainly recommend to anyone who is after an emergency appointment as they have allocated slots on each day to accommodate such patients. Many thanks to you all, Mike

I cannot rate dentistree highly enough, especially Dr rajan and his assistant. After an accident at work requiring 3 crowns Dr rajan performed the most outstanding work and gave me my confidence to smile again. Dentistree were absolutely amazing this morning when my son had an accident & knocked one of his teeth out. They got him in straight away to see a dentist & couldn’t do enough to help & comfort him. We’d already been at Dentistree for a number of years with outstanding service but this morning really showed me how caring & great they are.

I have been at this Dentist a number of years as a NHS patient and in recent years as a private patient due to the changes in operating the practice.I have always found the reception staff very helpful and understanding and the various Dentists I have seen have always advised me thoroughly of my ongoing treatment including when I had to have root canal treatment.The hygienist is very gentle and puts you at ease .I had X-rays taken 2 years ago and today while having a check up the dentist did more X-rays to keep on top of any major changes. Which is good to help maintain my dental care.All other staff I have met have been respectful and friendly especially the dental nurses.

Exceptional.. our experience at Dentistree was and always is an absolute pleasure from the reception staff to Rajan.Rajan, is so gentle and kind and excellent at his job, in making you feel calm. Our recent experience with my Mum who is 87, needed a tooth extracting, Rajan was so soft, his calmness allowed my mum to be at ease. I have been a patient of Dentistree Horley for well over a decade and would not dream of going elsewhere. The standard of expertise and care is exemplary.Dentistree goes above and beyond, exceeding expecations. In 2022 Ruple identified an issue, immediately sending details/photo to local oncology unit. I was diagnosed with Cancer within a week and began treatment shortly after. Her skill and diligence literally saved my life. Am forever grateful.Even before this event I would highly recommend dentistree and their team.

Dr Paras and Charlie were an amazing team dealing with my emergency appointment. Throughout the process they made me feel calm . Dr Paras is a thorough dentist , very clear in her communication, with lots of positive energy and she knows her stuff. Charlie just make you laugh with his charismatic personality . I've been with this practice since my children were young. They are all now at University! They were great with the children and I've experienced wonderful, sensitive care. Very sad to be leaving the practice but sadly they don't have a branch where I'm moving to.

I needed an emergency appointment for my mom, and Dentistree was able to schedule it the same day. The service was quick and excellent. The pricing was reasonable, and the option for financing made it easier to manage the cost. The dentist clearly explained the issue and recommended a solution that was both emotionally reassuring and financially practical. Overall, a great experience!

My partner had a dental emergency today and after many sleepless nights and 3 previous appointments to be given antibiotics and sent on our way we called dentistree and I am so pleased we did within a hour we had a emergency appointment after examination the dentist we saw was confident enough to extract he's wisdom tooth. Within half hour we were back home.

Having had issues with my teeth for a while, I finally plucked up the courage to get seen, and I’m so glad I did. The team at Dentistree have been absolutely brilliant from start to finish, throughout several treatments. Special praise to Munim and Rajan, who handled several extractions without any pain at all. The nurses and receptionists really put me at ease and are really friendly. I couldn’t recommend Dentistree more!

I can’t praise the team high enough. They are fantastic with patients like me who are nervous and outstanding with my 87 year old mother who needed extra care. Each dentist (multiple because of urgent appointments) we saw took time to read her medical notes and make sure the advice was appropriate to her. I really cannot praise them high enough. Dentists and the front of house team.

My favourite dentist place. The receptionists always welcome you with big smile on, always trying to help with appointments to make sure it doesn’t disturb your day too much (during work). Doctor Darshak is an amazing dentist and always tries to help and find solutions for any of your problems if you have any. The hygienist Sara is fantastic and does a brilliant job! I’ve been going there for almost 7 years and definitely wouldn’t change it. Thank you! You all are doing an amazing job :)

I have been at dentistree, Horley, since they first opened and wouldn’t go anywhere else. From the minute you walk in you feel at ease and welcomed. Everyone is so friendly and professional and it really puts you at ease and you feel as relaxed as you can when you have to go to the dentist. My whole family go here and I wouldn’t change that. They’re absolutely fantastic with my children. The premises are immaculate. Highly recommend to anyone in need of a dentist!

Took me a while to find a great practice like this one. People are great and all down to earth. Very professional. unlike other dentists i had been to in the past i never felt i was being taken advantage of or being led astray. i really liked their honesty as it seems more about dentistry here than it does money. It must be at least 10 years that I have been using/attending Dentistree Horley. I know of no other dentist. I have no need nor desire to look elsewhere. As I find the staff fully committed to doing their work over and beyond. I am happy and have full confidence in the staff at Dentistree Horley. They are very accommodating. I have been going to see Rupal and the staff there for years now. Rupal is the most kindest, nicest, gentle dentist and Hooman I've ever met. I've never been afraid of her hurting me and she never has. Her girls that work with her are always so kind too. The reception girls can't do enough for you. I can honestly say this is the Best Dentist Ever 💯

The patient care at Dentistree is absolutely excellent. The administration staff are caring and efficient. My dentist offers thorough advice and care. I never feel like I am being pushed into a one choice option but rather that I am offered a variety of solutions.On this occasion I had cracked my tooth, an appointment was found quickly and at a suitable time for me. Repair was fast, efficient and pain free!
